Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two to four years of job-related work experience
- Knowledge of Aflac sales force structure and award management
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing feedback to aid in the development and administering of all weekly, quarterly and annual sales incentive compensation programs for Aflac’s 1099 field force (excluding brokers); process sales incentive compensation administration activities for all headquarter-run incentive programs and contests in a timely and cost-effective manner; coordinates all required data and ensures the accurate and timely preparation of rewards and recognition programs
- Reviews approved manual adjustments to identify all impacts to bonus payouts and other bonus programs, as well as the impacted hierarchy
- Identifies and communicates any reporting changes needed due to manual adjustment approvals to ensure correct tracking of status
- Ensures proper handling of debt collection to include court orders, garnishments and debit balances
- Conducts validation of bonus uploads to ensure payment accuracy
- Assists other departments to plan, develop and maintain sales incentive compensation systems; stays abreast of reward and recognition trends impacting sales incentive compensation administration
- Reviews department databases, documented procedures and policies to respond to customer inquiries, provides information and performs research to resolve problems, reviews requests for bonus information, confirms eligibility and performs the activities necessary to deliver the requested information
- Works with moderate degree of latitude for independent action and/or decision-making; analyzes and provides ad hoc, metrics and reporting to identify business issues and prepare recommendations for management review; prepares management reports defining and evaluating problems
- Communicates with internal departments and external customers to assist with facilitating resolution of issues or challenges to maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensures sales incentive compensation administration programs are consistently administered in compliance with organizational policies and procedures and governmental regulatory requirements
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Total Rewards
The salary range for this job is $50,000 - $60,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
