Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 6 years of professional job-related work experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support various enablement initiatives and activities that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of broker leadership, including managing the execution of large case finalist opportunity meetings.

 

  • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills to develop effective partnerships with broker sales teams and key stakeholders across U.S. Operations, ensuring consistent and comprehensive support.

 

  • Create executive summary presentations for leadership, broker channel executives, and key stakeholders, translating complex business insights, results, and opportunity updates into concise, actionable communications.

 

  • Manage end-to-end development of presentations for sales meetings, broker conferences, leadership forums, and broker-facing events, ensuring brand consistency, message alignment, and a high-quality attendee experience.

 

  • Provide design support and project management expertise throughout the selling season for large account finalist meetings.

 

  • Serve as the primary support resource for Broker Sales Professions, as needed, for preparation in finalist meetings.

 

  • Coordinate scheduling for presentation reviews, preparation sessions, and rehearsal meetings.

 

  • Oversee the final audit process for large-case finalist opportunities; ensure all presentations are reviewed for accuracy, formatting consistency, and overall quality prior to distribution to brokers or clients.

 

  • Partner with Marketing, Studio teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create broker-facing materials for use by broker channel leadership at national events, conferences, and other forums, as well as develop custom videos and supporting assets for large-account opportunities.

 

  • Oversee all broker sales collateral to ensure accuracy, compliance, and availability of approved resources, while tracking usage trends.

 

  • Align tools, resources, and content used in Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to support proposal teams.

 

  • Provide ongoing support to brokers across regional markets.

 

  • Track utilization and win rates to support weekly executive reporting.

 

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this job is $80,000 - $110,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.

 

At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
