Job Summary
Under direct supervision, provides primary support to more senior analyst; assist with the ongoing support and maintenance of all Sales Reporting systems (Report & Performance Management (RPM) and Broker Relationship Management (BRM); may participate in reviewing, updating, and creating standardized and ad-hoc reporting for Sales Enablement and the Field Force; works closely with more senior analyst to provide assistance to business units in improving the quality and efficiency of sales reporting processes and procedures
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with developing and automating reports and reporting processes using tools including but not limited to Business Objects, Excel
• Supports and maintains standardized reports delivered to field force; assist with resolving sales data related inquiries; Collaborates with Sales Enablement and other functional areas to drive sales reporting and sales data systems related projects and initiatives
• Assist with ensuring the quality and timeliness of data available to internal and external customers
• Participates in small projects to improve processes and increase efficiencies in quality management and deployment of sales reports and analysis
• Assist Sales Reporting team to map current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities; uses business process maps to develop procedures, and operational processes; develops accurate project deliverables, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, test plans, interface specifications, issues/concerns logs, project certification logs, project checklists, use-case scenario specifications applies appropriate analyses to business unit issues to provide the best resolution and satisfy internal and external customers
• Participates with planning, organizing, and implementing project plans for small projects; Ensures that all changes in the processes/procedures, to include new system implementation and/or upgrades are documented and communicated to the business unit and other affected departments before project implementation
• Creates reports to support quality reviews and to provide management information
• Performs other duties as assigned
Professional - Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business management, statistics, computer science, or a related field, one year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to effectively interact and negotiate with internal and external customers, and persuade, market, and sell new ideas; ability to synthesize and decide best communication approaches for technical issues and information
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and adapt known methods, system procedures, or operating concepts to new situations
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
• Ability to participate on multiple teams at one time, while maintaining a high level of customer service and focus on commitments
• Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high quality material with meticulous attention to detail
