Job Summary

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system; provides administrative support for Operations departments as needed


Principal Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the receipt, distribution, and processing of physical correspondence and packages; assembles written communication documents for mailing; sorts all company mail daily and prepares for department distribution.; processes and receives courier shipments (Fed Exp/UPS, etc.) 
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for visitors and guests; welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor name tags 
  • Compiles and maintains employee and department directories; giving instructions 
  • Completes weekly inventory audits and reordering for all mailing & office supplies 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including but not limited to: filling, data entry, meeting room prep, ordering meals 
  • Performs other duties as required


Education & Experience Required

  • Minimum Required High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum Required Two or more years of experience in a Receptionist or similar role


Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
