Work Designation. Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.
- If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.
- If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
• Proven success in building, implementing and facilitating training programs that have a proven impact on organizational results.
• Strong understanding of training needs or gap analysis, skill/knowledge-based assessments tool to evaluate application of training
• Proven communication/web-based platform facilitation skills
• Ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms to large and small audiences; proven ability to flex style and tailor content to audience (Executives to entry level associates).
• Proven experience using virtual classroom environments e.g., Adobe Connect and Teams
• Experience with technology-based sales training and proven success in a support role for a sales organization (preferred) Version: 4
• Ability to demonstrate business acumen, use influence effectively to drive ideas and initiatives with internal and external business partners, multi-task, respond to rapid change, manage projects, manage detail, manage relationships and resources and set/execute realistic achievable goals/objectives and timelines.

Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field
- Required 5 years of job-related work experience
- Required 4+ years in corporate and/or educational training
- Required Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Learning Management Systems
- Preferred experience in a sales function or sales training environment
- Preferred SABA experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Facilitates engaging training programs across multiple delivery formats, including virtual instructor-led training (vILT), in-person sessions, and blended learning experiences to support a geographically dispersed sales force
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of product offerings, target markets, enrollment processes and service models.
• Delivers training on sales processes, product offerings, enrollment capabilities, and sales strategies to improve field performance and effectiveness
• Partners with sales leadership and training teams to identify learning needs, align training objectives with business priorities, and support execution of national training strategies
• Applies adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement
• Supports the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of training programs, materials, and delivery methods based on feedback and performance insights
• Builds strong relationships to identify skill gaps, reinforce learning, and promote adoption of training initiatives
• Provides coaching and guidance to field associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and enrollment strategies
• Supports the execution of certification programs and training initiatives, ensuring alignment with Version: 4 national standards and business goals
• Monitors participant engagement, training effectiveness, and feedback to recommend improvements and enhance learning outcomes
• Manages training logistics, including scheduling, communications, enrollment, and reporting, to ensure a seamless learning experience
• Serves as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and supports communication between field teams and training leadership
• Performs other duties as required
Total Rewards
The salary range for this job is $90,000- $152,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
