Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Up to 2 years of progressively responsible work-related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Under direct supervision, assists management in gathering, interpreting and comparing benchmarking data to the company’s operations; assist with gathering and compiling reports to track initiatives and projects compared to planned deliveries; calculate and collect metrics and volumes to establish a target or compare against existing targets; coordinates administrative and logistical details associates with the day-to-day operations of the business unit
• Performs cost/benefit and statistical analysis; creates expense analysis that outlines the staffing and budgetary impact of various initiatives; provides insight into volume projections, with dependent variables that would affect short to long term production demand and departmental output; studies statistical trend of actuarial results to adjust forecasts and improve reliability
• Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports for management weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to provide updates on projects, initiatives and process changes as well as any success metrics associated
• Performs analysis related to budgeting, expenses, and forecasting; analyzes spending trends to determine if efficiencies can be made to reduce excessive overages; assists department management with the preparation of departmental budgets; assists with special projects and the development of executive level presentations
• Makes recommendations for new and revised business policies, procedures, and practices, including staffing changes, reclassifications, ramp up goals, training, employee incentives; develops and maintains staffing model scenarios for assigned business areas; handles staffing, capacity, and space planning
• Develops and documents standards for the use, control, updating and maintenance of databases; develops appropriate analytical models and reports to support informed decision making
• Acts as a liaison between the department and/or divisions; facilitates collaborative efforts particularly on initiatives that involve multiple divisions/departments
• Performs other related duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $95,00
