Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
- Advanced experience with software configuration and modern programming languages
- Ability to troubleshoot challenging problems across the platform & its HW/SW components
- Proven experience in Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
- Lead medium projects
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related experience
- Four or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Specialist knowledge and experience with the Procure-to-Pay business processes
- Support Accounts Payable business users and business operations enabled by S/4HANA, Ariba and Esker
- Lead/participate in meetings with business users to discuss new and existing support requirements
- Lead/participate in solution design sessions
- Translate business requirements into SAP-centric functional specifications
- Communicate requirements to the SAP development team, and coordinate cross-team activities as required
- Configure S/4HANA using the SAP Implementation Guide IMG to meet business requirements
- Develop and execute unit test plans in support of SAP configuration
- Review and participate in developer unit testing, as required
- Assist business users with User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Comply with the Aflac Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, including transport elevations using ChaRM
- Communicate t-code security requirements to the Aflac Security team, and unit test new and modified security roles
- Performs other duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $145,000.
