Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration or a related field
  • 10 years' experience in customer implementation, 5 years management experience
  • 5 years' experience in customer implementation

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Education & Experience Preferred

  • Experience in client implementation, project management, or a similar leadership role, preferably in the disability industry.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Directs, leads and mentors the client implementation team providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.

 

• Defines strategic goals and objectives aligning with overall business objectives and driving initiatives to achieve them.

 

• Overall responsibility for cultivating excellent relationships with customers and industry broker partners.

 

• Establishes credibility as a trusted advisor to our clients, linking their strategic business issues to current and future product offerings.

 

• Contributes to the growth of the company working with the executive team to anticipate future demand / priorities

 

• Collaborates with sales to identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities; builds re-enrollment strategies for clients

 

• Develops and implements best practices, processes, and tools to streamline the implementation process and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

• Creates and enforces strategies that will help meet the needs of customers.

 

• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct organizational initiatives

 

• Oversees competitor analysis and research to ensure knowledge-based decision making in customer implementation.

 

• Delivers financial results in line with agreed upon team/department budgets, revenue and profit targets

 

• Supports thinking and direction setting on new product need, identification of potential partnerships and process development

 

• Builds, develops, guides, and nurtures a high-performance, results focused team; Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

 

• Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of the team;

 

• Drives innovation and continuous improvement within the client implementation function, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this job is $120,000 to $170,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.

 

At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
