• Advanced knowledge of PLADS' products/services and systems

 

• Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, to include products, processes, and terminology and the ability to interpret complex language in state insurance laws and regulations

 

• Advanced skills and comprehensive knowledge of the principles, concepts, practices and Procedures

 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external Customers

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree In a related field
  • 8 or more years of experience in the insurance industry.

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Leads and supports enrollment and re-enrollment growth campaigns for PLADS to include spearheading customer engagement initiatives and enrollment activities in support of sales, service, and underwriting goals.

 

• Supports PLADS in procuring enrollment resources and marketing materials.

 

• Leads in mining PLADS Inforce book of business for growth opportunities.

 

• Leads development and refinement of capabilities and initiatives that are strategic in nature.

 

• Presents and effectively communicates to all business entities the PLADS enrollment growth strategy.

 

• Attends broker and finalist meetings to discuss this dedicated role and its value

 

• Attends customer meetings and leads consultative, strategic and growth-focused conversations to gain customer engagement and partnership to create a strategic enrollment marketing plan.

 

• Monitors process and records results that can be tracked YOY.

 

• Regularly meets with sales and service teams to discuss capabilities, strategies, and toolkit features that can align with sales and renewal goals.

 

• Works closely with product and technology teams to advance enrollment strategies

 

• Performs other duties as required

 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this job is $110,000 to $130,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.

 

At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
