Worker Designation – This role is an onsite role. You will be required to work at the Market Office in Ft. Lauderdale, FL during your set working schedule.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with internal systems such as PowerPlay or Passport is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to serve as an effective liaison between departments and sales staff.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, events, and large-scale presentations.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 or more years in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role.
- Experience in an administrative coordination or office management environment. (sales/field-based preferred).
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for general communication to the sales force, contributing to weekly state newsletter, distributing headquarter state emails and announcements, and managing state web site; distributes all state contest flyers and contest tracking.
- Tracks promotions associated with state convention, and coordinates with vendors and travel agencies.
- Responsible for tracking production and reissues within the state; manages escalations through field liaison and distributes updates and information to the field.
- In coordination with headquarters, manages exception request from agents for state contest, and provides State Sales Coordinator exceptions for approval.
- Tracks sales data and prepares a variety of complex daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provides leadership to office staff. In support of market offices, coordinates various programs, contests, and special projects/initiatives. Coordinates broad projects, and monitors project plans and execution to resolve any variances; provides accurate communication to stakeholders.
- Provides PowerPlay updates, tracks past performance, and assist with pushing pended issues forward.
- Responsible for award tracking, to include all sales school contest, and coordinating with vendors to obtain and distribute state awards.
- Meets with existing book of business to provide strategic planning and evaluates product mix opportunities to customize business needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this job is $65,000 - $75,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
