Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

- Extensive knowledge of effective training delivery concepts, principles, and methods
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense control to plan, implement, and maximize expenditure of funds while maintaining and improving quality standards
- Strong leadership and employee development skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply operations management and business process re-engineering tools and techniques to a wide variety of business techniques
- Strong project management, leadership, and practice development skills.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related field
- Eight to ten years of job-related experience
- Five years in a supervisory/managerial capacity managing sales professionals
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Education & Experience Preferred
- Insurance industry sales experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for partnering with Aflac's sales teams to assist with growing dental and vision sales, developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. This includes supporting training and development of the sales teams to effectively position the adoption and sales of products in the market and assisting with customer meetings as needed and ensures activity levels are aligned to meet growth objective
- Provides regular activity reporting to leadership team to help provide insight to the dental and vision pipeline as well as Aflac sales distribution adoption within nationally
- Influential leader in continued growth and development of sales initiatives, strategies, and practices; provides feedback of competitive environment, best practices, to ensure Aflac is positioned both from a sale, service, and offer standpoint to meet growth objectives.
- Responsible for large, complex and high visibility accounts
- Identifies revenue opportunities within existing and new clientele
- Collaborates and networks with key contacts within the industry, both nationally and radiationally wide
- Ensures company sales and objectives are achieved in accordance with annual business plans
- Advises executive management on market issues affecting the company
- Performs other related duties as required.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this job is $175,000 to $200,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
